Mahoosuc Realty is the number one sales leader for Western Maine. A large part of its audience tend to be second-home buyers attracted to the Bethel, Maine area (famous for its skiing, golf, and mountain lifestyle). Projects for Mahoosuc Realty include a print insert and a DM piece.

Printed full-color and glossy, the insert is added to various regional publications. The aim is to not only sell someone on a home—Mahoosuc Realty prints its latest offerings on the rear side—but to also sell someone on Bethel.

The direct mail piece is sent in small numbers to home sellers who have contracts expiring with other agencies, or simply to people in the area who may not realize the value of their homes. It's simple, direct and very successful.

A leading email service provider (ESP) wanted to alert clients of its unique "Power of 3" service offering. While some ESPs provide list services, creative services or strategy, few offer all three in a unified approach. To promote its integrated offerings, it held the Power of 3 Sweepstakes. This postcard was given to prospects and current clients.
